Sessions

What are Sessions?

Our seasonal (spring, summer & fall) sessions are dedicated to building your athlete physically and mentally for high level (ideally HS) competition. Hooz sessions are the foundation of our training. Whether individual (1-on-1) or group training we can find a method of training to work for your athlete. 

Group Training Sessions

Group Training Sessions are a great choice to improve your athletic performance with other athletes.  Our featured service, this is a great opportunity to learn, build and grow with others in a small group (generally 4-10 players). Hooz ensures small group sessions to allow coach to give necessary attention to each player, as necessary.

Individual Training Sessions

Individual Sessions are the best bet for players to improve their game. Hooz has a coach assigned to your athlete and he creates a plan over at least 8 sessions to help bolster an athletes game. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session.
